As of January 2026, the Lewisburg office has acquired an IF800 Tomcat with Lidar system to produce high quality topographies and aerial photogrammetry. The Lebanon office has possessed aerial photogrammetry capabilities since early 2025 with an Autel Robotics EVO II drone. With both offices possessing advanced surveying equipment, ASM can better serve you in your land surveying needs.

In the fall of 2025, Josh White earned his FEMA Certified Floodplain Surveyor (CFS TN-089). A Certified Floodplain Surveyor (CFS) is a professional who has received specialized training and certification to conduct surveys related to floodplain management, including preparing elevation certificates and understanding floodplain regulations. This certification helps ensure that surveyors are knowledgeable about the requirements for floodplain mapping and compliance with federal and state guidelines.
On the last day of 2025, Russell earned his ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM US-25-14037). A Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) is a professional who has demonstrated knowledge and expertise in floodplain management, including understanding regulations and best practices related to flood risk. CFMs help communities manage flood risks and comply with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) requirements.
