Russell has been surveying since the early 90's. He received his license in 2018. A graduate of MTSU (Bachelors of Science), Russell is also a FEMA Certified Floodplain Surveyor, an ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager, an active member of TAPS, and the Treasurer for the Tennessee Land Surveying PAC. When he's not surveying Russell loves spending time with his family, shooting, hunting, fishing, gardening, and cooking.

Josh has been surveying since 2021. He received his license in December of 2024 and is a member of TAPS. Josh is a graduate of ETSU (Bachelors of Science Surveying & Mapping) and MTSU (Bachelors of Business Administration). Josh is also a FEMA Certified Floodplain Surveyor and FAA-107 Certified. When he's not surveying, Josh loves spending time with his wife Sarah, and his two girls Elliott and Evelyn. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, tennis, and camping. Josh is also an active member of the Tennessee National Guard as a 13B in C BTRY RFS 278th.
